- Does the Author retain all rights?
- Yes, the Author retains all rights. Authors' work is under copyright protection from the moment it is created, and there is no agreement between the author and ThinFiction that alters this protection.
- Can I remove my story?
- Yes, we ask that you wait 30 days before removing a story.
- How do I remove my story or delete my account?

- What about publication rights?
- You own all the rights to the content you create and share on ThinFiction. When you share your story on ThinFiction, you are giving legal permission under pertinant copyright laws to display your story to users of this website. Legally, this means you are giving Demotic Software LLC a nonexclusive license to publish your story on ThinFiction.

- How does Thin Fiction make money?
- Thin Fiction is privately funded. Supplementary funds are generated via online advertising.
- Can writers make money?
- Yes. We are experimenting with a monthly voting system. Each month, writers can vote on the best story from the previous month. The winning author will receive a prize payment via Paypal. The payment amount is announced on the 1st of the month when voting begins. Voting closes on the 14th and the winner is announced on the 15th.
